Create the best design and build with your budget

Once you are happy with your concept plans, they are priced to ensure that they are within budget.
We use a registered quantity surveyor for this. To ensure your renovation project costs are relevant to the market. Paul will also price your project to ensure each detail is covered.
Any issues with the design and budget are resolved before moving to working plans. Working together to remedy this and move forward.
Working plans and council consent.
The architect will then move onto working plans. A quantity surveyor prices the approved plans to ensure that they are still in budget.
Once you are happy with these, your plans go to council for approval.
We confirm your renovation and schedule it.
A Master Builders renovation contract is created for your project. This outlines all the details of your build. You will also pay a deposit to confirm your project, including your start date.
